Parking
There is free parking in the multi-deck garage (Main Street Parking Deck) across N. Maplewood Ave. from the coliseum on the west site. For Friday and especially Saturday, get there early if you plan to use the parking garage. There is also limited parking available elsewhere on campus.
Food
We will make arrangements (TBD) to bring in food for those who can’t/won’t leave. In addition to food stands (i.e., stadium food) within the coliseum, there is a food court in the university’s student union building (Michel Student Center) which is about a 5 minute walk from the coliseum. The food court options are much better than the food stand options. Food purchased at the food court may be brought into the coliseum - other food may not. We will post more information on the team food options when it becomes available. There are also nearby restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Roaring Robotics Group Reservations
We have a group reservation rate of $105/night + tax for 1 King Studios (with sofa bed) and $113/night + tax for 2 Double Studios (with sofa bed). Make your reservations either by using using the Roaring Robotics Group Reservations link or by phone by Tuesday, February 13, 2024 and let them know that you’re with Roaring Robotics. Any cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival. Let the Grumpy Adult (either Roaring Robotics email, goteam2704@gmail.com, or BAND post) know if you encounter any reservation issues.
The hotel is about a four mile, 10 minute, drive from the Renaissance Coliseum. We recommend that you use Sterling Avenue instead of the freeway to avoid congestion on N. University St. and W. Main St. near Bradley University.
There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel. Specifically, there are several restaurants in the Westlake Shopping Center (the strip mall which the hotel is behind) and the Northwoods Mall (on the east side of N. Sterling Ave.).
